elevations. may actually get some isolated flooding, we'll be monitoring closely. up in the higher terrain utah and colorado ski country we are look at some snowfall. showers an threat of severe storms across the southern plains. we've got an active friday setting up. a few showers across parts of the northeast. not necessarily in new york city and boston. you're looking dry. temps in the 50s, 56 at chicago. pretty warm still across the southern tier. saturday big day of weather from the upper midwest all the way down into texas. we have a threat of severe thunderstorms. big area in red here. dr. greg forbes has issued his torcon numbers. that means we may see some isolated tornadoes here, damaging winds, large hail, heavy rain, beneficial rain for some states. keep it tuned in we'll be tracking a big day of weather on saturday. want to make sure everybody stays safe in the wake of this dangerous storm. we've got 70s ahead of the storm on saturday. by sunday this moves to the east. may see more severe weather from
